We started with a simple vision: honor Kintamani's farmers by showcasing the clarity and sweetness of their cherries. By working directly with smallholder groups, we ensure fair pricing, careful sorting, and processing methods that protect the land.
Roast profiles are tuned for balance—highlighting citrus, florals, and honeyed sweetness. Every batch is cupped to maintain consistency.
